Kenjiro Taniguchi is a Policy Analyst at the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI). He previously served in the Government of Japan, leading initiatives on administrative reform, digital transformation, and public sector innovation. His work focuses on promoting human-centred governance through strategic design and capacity-building. He holds master’s degrees in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo and in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, London.
